Privacy Policy — Infinite IEP Pro

Summary: Infinite IEP Pro helps special education teachers draft state-compliant IEP documents (California SEIS, Texas ARD) and run compliance reviews. Default BYOK mode keeps API keys in memory only. Optional hosted API may be offered for district licenses under separate agreement.

We do not collect or sell student personal information on our servers in standard BYOK deployment.

Stored locally on your device:

API keys: Not persisted. Session memory only.

Prompts may go to Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic (BYOK), local Ollama, or our optional proxy. We do not use your content to train our own models.

Paste scrubbing is an aid. Educators must verify no identifiable student information is sent without authorization.

For adult educators. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 through the extension.

No third-party analytics SDKs in the extension. This site may use standard hosting logs.
