Privacy Policy — Infinite IEP (Free)

Summary: Infinite IEP (Free) helps special education teachers draft IEP goals and PLAAFP statements. We do not operate servers that store your student data. Text you enter is sent directly to the AI provider you choose. API keys are kept in memory for your browser session only and are never saved to disk.

This policy applies to the Infinite IEP Chrome extension (Free edition) and related pages on infinitebytelab.com. It does not apply to third-party AI providers or your school district’s IEP systems.

Paste-time scrubbing attempts to replace names and pronouns with “the student.” This is an aid, not a guarantee. You are responsible for FERPA and district policy compliance.
